  1. Cut the Chinese sausage into thin-slices. Depp-fry in hot vegetable oil until cooked. Cut lengthwise the pork fillet into thin-slices. Sliver the pineapple.

Genty stir together. Season to taste with the seasoning sauce, fish sauce and sugar, tossing well. Remove from the heat.
  3. Spoon the pineapple rice onto individual serving plates. Scatter with the processed pork. Serve hot.
