Ingredients of Fried Banana recipe.
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 cup coconut meat
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 8 Thai bananas semi-ripe, each cut into 5 pieces.
- oil for frying
Preparation of Fried Banana recipe.
- Using a small mixing bowl, mix all the above ingredients well together.Set aside.
- In a wok or saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Soak the banana in the coconut mixture and deep fry 5 pieces at a time.
- Fry until the bananas turn brown on both sides.
- Remove the bananas from the hot oil with a spatula and cool the bananas on a paper towel to absorb some of the excess oil.
- Serve cool.
